Met WeiTing at Tampines MRT today. Woke up a wee bit earlier so I needed to wait a wee bit for her. Took bus 27 over to Changi Airport T3. First of all, luck was downright bad on the earlier part of the day. Got lost in Changi Airport as if it was darn big. Decided to ask this person who is suppose to know the airport inside out since he carried an airport pass. Wanted to know where MacDonald's was. But he dismissed us with me feeling super embarass that he do not think there's any Macs here. Feeling like a retard WeiTing & I called Ashley & she told us we needed to take the lift up & WALAAA, we found the Macs?
Macs, first stop. Looked up & down for a decent power supply. Found one beside the disposal area where everyone throw their leftover food, so here's a big sonorous SIGH. Then found two other power plugs but obviously used by other customers. Getting a little upset we tried our luck at Popeye. Eyed on this table with two power plugs available, & we even told the people sitting at that table to leave so that we can use. Ashley plugged in the laptop but to our utmost disappointment, the power plug was useless, or otherwise faulty. Damn I could have swore out loud. Felt really bad for chasing them off when the pathetic power supply doesn't work.
Three of us, with the help of Ashley's Mum who works in Mac, found a pretty decent/deserted area on the viewing gallery & WeiTing & Ashley started out their task while I watched. Transfer was slow & boring.
Took bus 27 down again to Tampines to meet Doongzy. I know we were helplessly late but what to do, we had to succumb to the laptops. Initially wanted to catch The Chronicles of Narnia (Yinsoon's favourite movie) but ended up arriving way beyond the movie time. Bought chinese fullscape for chinese assignment & took the MRT down to White Sands, which Doongzy claimed as "shun lu".
Topped up my Nebo card & kicked off with drums. Nothing much to illustrate from it. Played Daytona & basketball too. I hate it when I'm leading & at the very very last second when the race is about to end, someone just zooms up when I thought the game's over & slow down. That makes me second & Doongzy first. WeiTing & I made a great pair on basketball, feeling less tired as compared to one person solo play, which Doongzy effortlessly owned us. Lol.
I've learnt a number of things today:
- Power plugs appear whenever we don't need them.
- Power plugs don't appear when we need them.
- WeiTing holds the Time Crisis gun really near the screen.
- Durian chendol bubble tea is brown.
- My Dad may know Ashley's Mum.
- Bus 88 is three stops away from WeiTing's stop when she takes bus 89.
- WeiTing can take pictures well.
- I cannot take pictures well.
- Mahjong's a great game that triggers my mind.
- We can cam-whore a whole lot when Doongzy played Time Crisis.
