Yet another busy day. I guess life's gonna be so congested everyday from now D: I doubt I'm prepared yet. I miss being free/easy :( Went to Westwood Secondary School for air rifle competition briefing today. It took about one hour to get there. & my neck was hurting so badly. Certain rules & regulations were rather common sense therefore it doesn't need much elaborations at all during the briefing. I wonder why they have to go on for so long. It took them ages to get the admin work done. Otherwise we could have finished earlier. Efficiency, see.
After the long-winded briefing, we head on over to Bukit Gombak MRT. We saw a spectacular view of Singapore. The small "guilin" in Bukit Batok. We felt like we had just sat foot on China again :D Alighted at the MRT station & some of us settled down for some Thai takeaway food. The tomyam kway teow was great, serving fresh prawns & squids. But I seriously seriously am in love with the mushrooms :D Hahaha, super delicious :D After that we took our usual walk over to Top Notch.
Shot pretty alright in today's practice. Improved by a good 40pts. Really glad that I can focus more & my arms can stable the rifle better. I felt so comforted :) I hope I can keep it up though. There would still be another training on the 13th Feb, three days before the competition day D: Had a whale of a time simply doodling on the whiteboard in Top Notch while the seniors were having their rounds. We were sketching really stupid pictures! :D
Took a super lengthy MRT journey all the way back to Tampines to meet Weiting. Shopped around Tampines Mall. RachelY & Weiting were calling me "mother" cos' I like to "die die bu xiu". Hahah, oh yeah :D
Went for the concert after that. It was good, I enjoyed it. Spotted Mingli, Teri, Yongquan & Ellie when I reached there. Bought them roses too :D All four different colours :D The finale was the most memorable I guess. I love Chinese New Year songs :D It brought up the entire atmostphere of the hall, which was great. Was clapping like so mad person :D I loved it.
